APCU & CosmoPobut Conference 2025: Event Overview
The Association of Perfumery and Cosmetics of Ukraine acted as the information partner of the CosmoPobut conference
On 11–12 November 2025, the CosmoPobut conference — a key event for representatives of Ukraine’s cosmetics industry and household chemicals market — took place, with the Association of Perfumery and Cosmetics of Ukraine serving as its information partner.
The event united manufacturers, importers, distributors, leading regulatory experts, and representatives of major industry associations.
❓ Participants discussed the current challenges facing the market. Significant attention was dedicated to issues related to REACH, CLP, changes in technical regulation, ingredient requirements, labeling, and the safety of cosmetic and chemical products.
Key topics of the conference included:

🔎 The outcomes of the conference laid the foundation for further joint initiatives, including work on a consolidated letter from the business community regarding current regulatory issues.
