Ukraine’s Ministry of Health has proposed a list of academic disciplines in which professionals holding a master’s degree would be eligible to conduct cosmetic product safety assessments. The draft has been published for public consultation.

On 29 July 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 976, introducing amendments to Resolution No. 65 of 20 January 2021.
