On 18 September 2025, a conference on cosmetics regulation in Ukraine was held on the InterCharm-Ukraine 2024 platform. The event brought together over 120 industry professionals from the cosmetics sector.

On August 3, 2024, the Technical Regulation for Cosmetics came into force in Ukraine.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” in a new version (which has not yet entered into force). Its declared goal is the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with European regulation.
