On April 8, 2026, the open event “Expert Talk for Importers #1: How to Prepare Documentation for Cosmetic Products,” organized by the Association “Perfumery and Cosmetics of Ukraine” (APCU), took place.

The Association continues its series of expert meetings “Expert Talk for Importers,” aimed at providing practical clarification of technical regulation requirements and supporting their implementation by market participants.

The second event in the series was dedicated to documentation for cosmetic products, one of the key elements ensuring compliance with the Technical Regulation requirements.

During the meeting, participants focused on:

• the structure and content of cosmetic product documentation;
• approaches to compiling product information files (dossiers);
• the role of the Responsible Person and distribution of responsibilities;
• practical aspects of documentation preparation and common challenges for importers.

Particular attention was given to questions submitted by participants in advance, as well as to the discussion of practical cases faced by companies during the preparation of documentation.

The event confirmed a high level of market interest in structured regulatory guidance and the need for continued dialogue on the practical implementation of technical regulation requirements.

APCU continues to support market participants through the Expert Talk series and the development of practical approaches to regulatory implementation.
