The Association of Perfumery and Cosmetics of Ukraine (APCU) continues its systematic work aimed at aligning Ukrainian chemical and cosmetic product regulation with European standards and approaches.

Continuing the series of expert meetings, the second “Expert Talk for Importers” was dedicated to the preparation of documentation for cosmetic products.

APCU launched a series of expert meetings for cosmetic product importers, dedicated to current regulatory requirements and their practical implementation. The first event brought together business representatives to discuss key aspects of the notification process and regulatory framework in the cosmetics sector.

In February, the Association of Perfumery and Cosmetics of Ukraine held a webinar on recent developments in cosmetic regulation, as well as a working meeting with representatives of Cosmetics Europe.

On December 1, 2025, a presentation of the Electronic Notification System for cosmetic product information was held for market operators.

On 18 September 2025, a conference on cosmetics regulation in Ukraine was held on the InterCharm-Ukraine 2024 platform. The event brought together over 120 industry professionals from the cosmetics sector.

On August 3, 2024, the Technical Regulation for Cosmetics came into force in Ukraine.
