On 29 July 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 976, introducing amendments to Resolution No. 65 of 20 January 2021. The document extends the transitional period for the implementation of the Technical Regulation on Cosmetic Products and introduces amendments to certain provisions of the Technical Regulation.

On 28 May 2026, the Cosmetics Ukraine 2026 Conference, organized by the Association of Perfumery and Cosmetics of Ukraine (APCU), took place.
