On 28 May 2026, the Cosmetics Ukraine 2026 Conference was held, organized by the Association of Perfumery and Cosmetics of Ukraine (APCU)

The event brought together more than 120 participants, including manufacturers, importers, distributors, government authorities, industry associations, and international experts from the cosmetics sector. APCU extends its sincere gratitude to all participants for their active engagement, insightful discussions, and professional exchange, which significantly contributed to the success of the conference.

The conference served as a key platform for dialogue on the current challenges and transformation of the cosmetics industry, particularly regarding the implementation of European regulatory approaches and the adaptation of businesses to evolving market conditions.

The conference agenda covered a broad range of issues, including:

• implementation of the Technical Regulation on Cosmetic Products and its practical application;
• cosmetic product safety requirements and risk assessment;
• product notification procedures and regulatory compliance;
• harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with European regulatory frameworks;
• cosmetic product labeling requirements;
• access to ingredients and regulatory requirements for raw materials;

A significant part of the conference was the open roundtable discussion involving representatives of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the business community.
