The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has published a project with changes to the notification procedure for discussion

Work on the notification portal continues!

On June 5, the draft order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine “On approval of changes to the Procedure for notification (provision) of information on cosmetic products” was published on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for the purpose of receiving comments and suggestions.

This project was developed with the aim of improving and clarifying certain provisions of the Procedure for notification (provision of information) on cosmetic products approved by order of the Ministry of Health dated December 18, 2023 №2147.

The deadline for discussion of the project is one month from the moment of its publication.
