On July 22, 2022, the Association of Perfumery and Cosmetics of Ukraine (APCU) signed a cooperation agreement with Angel Consulting SAS

Angel Consulting  is a regulatory company based in Milan, specializing in ensuring compliance of cosmetic products with international technical regulations, and has been working in this sphere for more than 20 years!

• One of the company’s latest significant contributions to the industry is the creation of the unique toxicology database, ToxTool, for safety assessment experts.

In addition, Angel Consulting has experience in cooperation with associations such as Cosmetica Italia, СTPA, and other important industry institutions. The company’s specialists worked closely with the Ministry of Health of Israel and Bulgaria, where they conducted seminars and education for local safety assessment experts.

Our cooperation agreement opens up new opportunities for obtaining a wide range of knowledge in cosmetics regulation, training expert toxicologists, creating dossiers on cosmetic products, etc.
