The Ukrainian government has canceled the list of critical imports of goods

On July 9, will enter into force the decision of the Ukrainian government to cancel the list of critical imports of goods. The list has been implemented since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine.

All that time currency transfers abroad were limited, they were allowed only according to the list of critical import goods approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. This list was regularly updated by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

Currently, there remains a partial restriction on payments for services. However, the business hopes that this restriction will also be lifted so that companies can freely conduct their foreign economic activities.

The Association of Perfumery and Cosmetics of Ukraine, as an industry association, also joined the process of adjusting the list of products at the request of our members. This was essential in order for companies to be able to purchase the necessary raw materials and restore their business and the operation of production facilities.
