Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 539 of 10 May 2024 and No. 847 of 23 July 2024”

On August 3, 2024, the Technical Regulation for Cosmetics came into force in Ukraine.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” in a new version (which has not yet entered into force). Its declared goal is the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with European regulation.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July, 26 No. 833 “On Amendments to Resolution No. 65 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 20, 2021” was published today.
